North River Landing, Petaluma’s newest planned downtown neighborhood, will be a powerful contributor to the future of Petaluma and it’s growing need for not only affordable housing, but for providing the retail and office space to generate sales-tax revenues, and provide those future citizens with the goods and services that they require.
